After a few months of seclusion, The Healing Circle Farm is so incredibly excited to re-open its retreat space!

We welcome you unto the Land for the Creative Tune In & Replenishment Retreat, led by two incredible local community builders & creatives: Lucila Al Mar & Kethy S-K. Join us for a day of intentional movement, art, poetry & music. Let us celebrate the longer days & warm weather together as we let ourselves indulge in the slow & flow of nature’s natural rhythms with like-minded people.

Give yourself permission to let go & embrace Kethy’s beautiful poetry & yoga practice, intertwined with music from Lucila. Together, we will enjoy local foods, some downtime for reflection, followed by an afternoon of mindful creativity & journaling with Lucila.

We hope that you’ll join us in re-connecting outdoors.

Meet your Guides

Kethy is a Cameroonian/Canadian woman (she/her) living/working in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. She is a 200-hr Certified Yoga Teacher with a background in ashtanga and vinyasa hatha yoga.

She teaches Slow Yoga Flows that are accessible to Beginners. The yoga practice she leads is meant to be taken at one's own pace, letting go of expectations and meeting the body and the mind in the present. Mindful movements — strengthening and stretching muscles — while focusing on the rhythm of the breath. Participants are invited to be kind and gentle to themselves. To breathe, move, modify and rest. Go hard. Go slow. "Do you. The journey is all yours."
