Curious about Forest Bathing?

Want to spend time in Nature?

Want to do something for yourself or with a friend?

Come partake in these Forest Bathing tasters with me!

I invite you to take 1 hour out of your day and come get a feel of what Forest Bathing can do for your mind, body & soul. It's a great way to start your day and help with the end of week slump.

Nature has a way to help rejuvenate and provide a boost of energy, creativity & confidence.

40 years of research in Japan has proven that spending time under a canopy of trees is beneficial to your health!

"my studies, and those of my fellow researchers, have now proved that forest-bathing:

• Lowers the stress hormones cortisol and adrenaline
• Suppresses the sympathetic or 'fight or flight' system
• Enhances the parasympathetic or 'rest and recover' system
• Lowers blood pressure and increases heart-rate variability"

~ Dr. Quin Li {world's foremost expert in forest medicine}

We are calling this a taster. A way for you to get out in nature, reap the benefits, give a break to your mind and let yourself be guided for a short - but meaningful - period of time.

What to expect:

Forest Bathing is NOT a hike. In fact, we will be slowing down our pace & engaging all of our senses.

Our time together will start with a quick introductions. Then, I will guide you into the forest where, throughout the walk, I will be offering some invitations to help you connect deeper to nature. Ending the walk with a Forest Tea.

Know that there is no right or wrong and it is ok for you to pass on an invitation.

Throughout our walk, we will gather in a sharing circle from time to time and you will be invited to share.

What you will need:

Yoga mat or light blanket to sit on.

Water bottle

An open mind & open heart

Who this is for:

Those who wishes to take an hour out of their day and be guided in nature.

Those who are looking for a community of like minded people.

Those who are curious about Forest Bathing.

Anyone & everyone who wants an excuse to get outdoors.

Those who want to take the planning & guessing out, and just be led.

People who are able to take a slow walk on a fairly easy terrain.

People who are 16+

This is a diverse & inclusive offering. The NCC Greenbelt is open to the public and so you are paying for my energetical offering, not the land access.

If you have any concerns or questions and you would like to discuss prior, please do not hesitate to communicate with me so that we may cater to your needs and make this experience as comfortable as possible for you!
