Take your loved one on a therapeutic nature date!

Come with your partner;

Come with a friend;

Come with your parent, your grand-parent, your sister or brother.

Come for a coupled Forest Bathing Therapy Experience!

In honor of February's day of love, Stefany & Yves invite you in the Forest with them, for a guided coupled Forest Bathing Therapy.

Invitations are designed to help you deepen your connection with your loved one & nature.

Come for a slow, intentional & fun afternoon, in the woodlands, during winter's wonderland.

Over 40 years of research has proven that spending time under a canopy of trees is beneficial to your health! People tend to process emotions easier, are more easily able to let go, find grounding and better stability while in Nature. Add on a person that you love to share this with, and we have a magical combo!

What to expect:

Forest Bathing Therapy is NOT a hike. In fact, we will be slowing down our pace & engaging all of our senses.

Our time together will start with a quick introduction. I will then guide you into the forest where, throughout the walk, I will be offering some invitations to deepen your connections. Ending the walk with a Forest tea & snack.

Know that there is no right or wrong and it is ok for you to pass on an invitation.

Throughout our walk, we will gather in a sharing circle from time to time and you will be invited to share, only if you feel called to.

What you will need:

Yoga mat or light blanket to sit on.

Water bottle

An open mind & open heart

This is a diverse & inclusive offering. The NCC Greenbelt is open to the public and so you are paying for my energetical offering, not the land access.

If you have any concerns or questions and you would like to discuss prior, please do not hesitate to communicate with me so that we may cater to your needs and make this experience as comfortable as possible for you!
