A Spring Equinox Horses & Forest Retreat
In partnership with: Debbie Stocker of Angel Rock Farm

Saturday, March 18, 2023 | 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Angel Rock Farm, 2302 9th Line Rd, Metcalfe, ON K0A 2P0

An invitation to join Debbie & Stefany, at Angel Rock Farm, to celebrate the beginning of Spring amongst nature & horses. Spring Equinox calls us to slowly emerge from our Winter cocoon. We start planning & planting our seeds - yes for our garden, but also for our body, mind & soul. It’s the most potent time for fertility, rebirth & renewal.

Join us for a late afternoon celebration that includes a therapeutic workshop with the majestic animal that is the horse; a Forest Bathing Therapy experience; and a simple campfire dinner in community.

Let yourself be nurtured and led by your Guide and Mother Nature. Let yourself experience the reciprocal energetical relationship between horse & human, with the help of Debbie's guidance & teachings. And let yourself nurture your belly & body in community amongst the warm fire, with food, and in the loving company of open-hearted humans.

Loose breakdown of the retreat:

2:30 pm - Opening circle by fireside

3:00 pm - Forest Bathing Therapy Experience with Stef

4:30 pm - Introduction to the majestic animal that is the horse with Debbie

5:30 pm - Simple campfire dinner in Community

6:15 pm - Closing circle by fireside

This event is open to adults.

No prior experience is required. Whether you’ve been around horses before or not, this retreat is open to all. If you are wanting to experience the horse’s energy but are nervous; please reach out & we will make sure to accommodate & provide alternatives for you to feel extra comfortable.

You will need snowshoes, extra-warm clothing, and an open & willing heart.
