Meet me in the Forest with your babe

Come & partake in a Forest Bathing Experience with your baby, in a very relaxed atmosphere.

Stefany will be providing you both with gentle invitations to deepen both your connections to Nature & each other. There will gentle walks, blanket time, and a community tea & snack.

Space will be there for you to tend to yours and your baby's needs.

There is no right or wrong in Forest Bathing, only invitations to help you ground & connect with your surrounding.

The fresh air, the Fall colors, and nature's symphonies is sure to spark wonder for your baby

{and sometimes even encourages nap}.

What you will need:

A light blanket for you & babe to share

Beverages for you & babe (if applicable)

A baby carrier (trails are not suitable for strollers)

A back pack (instead of a diaper bag) for your essentials

As we want to foster a very relaxed atmosphere, we recommend reserving 2 hours of your time for this experience.

Who this is for:

Those who wishes to take an hour out of their day and be guided in nature.

Those who are looking for a community of like minded people.

Those who are looking for an experience with their baby.

Parents who are looking for an excuse to get outdoors.

Those who want to take the planning & guessing out, and be led on a local trail.

People who are able to take a slow walk on a fairly easy terrain.

Parent & baby (newborn - 1 year old)

This is a diverse & inclusive offering. The NCC Greenbelt is open to the public and so you are paying for my energetical offering, not the land access.

If you have any concerns or questions and you would like to discuss prior, please do not hesitate to communicate with me so that we may cater to your needs and make this experience as comfortable as possible for you!
